Morris is a former attorney for the Florida Department of Children and Families where he was responsible for most of the termination of parental rights cases in Orange County.
Attorney Morris is admitted to practice before all Florida and New York state courts, the United States District Court, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kim Byrd, Esq., obtained his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1989 and has been involved in the practice of law since 1990. He began working with the Given's Law Group in early 2011 after running his own Tampa-based law firm for more than 10 years.
